Why it costs less, and what is not included

The package costs less because intake, the credential protocol, filing and archiving are done once for the whole package — not repeated per service. What we pass on is exactly that saving, not a discount that reads well.

Course and Training Institution (LKP) Establishment Permit — Izin pendirian lembaga kursus dari dinas pendidikan — jalurnya pendidikan, bukan OSS berbasis risiko.
Trademark Registration — Mengunci nama, logo, dan identitas dagang Anda atas nama badan usaha sendiri — sebelum orang lain mendaftarkannya.

What applies if…

Employment Agreement Drafting (Fixed-Term & Permanent) — applies to every company that employs people — quoted separately because scope depends on the number and type of contracts (quoted separately)
Private Vocational Training Institution (LPK) Licence — if what you run is job training, not non-formal education courses
Company Regulation (Peraturan Perusahaan) Drafting & Ratification — if you employ ten workers or more
