Your home registration gives you almost nothing locally. If the brand matters, Indonesian filing is not optional — and the queue position is the asset.
There is a lane for exactly this: registrations filed in bad faith can be opposed and cancelled — the rules refuse marks applied for by applicants acting in bad faith. But understand what you are entering: opposition and cancellation are disputes, not filings; evidence of your prior use and their intent decides them. The earlier you move, the cheaper the fight.
